The jianzi product we sell are imported from Vietnam. They are hand-made and therefore quality can vary between individual jianzi's. The jianzi's are produced under humane and responsible practice. The jianzi's are not suitable for children under 36 months as they contain small parts and could cause a choking hazard.
The jianzi's we sell are designed to be kicked around, but deterioration of the product will occur over time. We therefore recommend that you purchase multiple jianzi's. We cannot take responsibily for any failing of the product caused by use.
We post jianzi's within the UK using Royal Mail First Class. We post jianzi's worldwide using Royal Mail Standard Airmail. We therefore cannot guarentee the safe delivery of jianzi's. If you would like jianzi's posted using a Signed For / Recorded Delivery, please slect this method on the Buy Page. This service is available at a higher rate than standard delivery.
Delivery times vary. We post all orders recieved by 2pm (GMT) the same working day, and all orders made after this time will be posted the following working day. UK delivery will take 1-3 days from the date of postage. International delivery can take from 4-7 days from the date of postage.
As we are a new, small business, we cannot offer a returns policy, or refund due to Royal Mail failing to deliver, unless you select the Signed For / Recorded Delivery option.
